New Hues

It's been quite a while since the last version, but we'll be tying up our loose ends and shelling out the updated flash very soon (for real this time). The new version will be posted at the end of this month, either May 31 or June 1. As I said in a previous post, we'll likely have one more update after this one just because there are still a few things we're playing around with that we might put in later on, and it'll give everyone time to tell us what they like or dislike about this one.

Another big thanks for the feedback, and thanks to all those who suggested new characters, songs, or other features.

    1. We might push an update later on if we figure there's something we need to fix or something very cool to add, but for now, the New Hues will stay The Hues.
Hopefully you might agree with me that there's some reason in that!

We have some ideas of new projects, but most of them have spawned from "oh god can we work on something not hues" -thoughts at the time, and might've grown stale. No doubt that we'll have something made at some point of time, though!

  3. A version called 0x40 Hues 2.4T(Supposedly the latest version, as it has song editing functionality.) was just posted in /f/. Lain wasn't animated. This is a huge disappointment sir.

    1. 0x40 Hues 2.4T is Terrance's, and it has been in beta for months. He kind of stopped working on it when we took him in.
We've directed a few eager loopmakers to the flash since it's just a few days for the New Hues; it seems one of them has posted the beta. It's technically the latest version you can get at the moment, but not for long.

While I'm a bit sad that 2.4T was a disappointment, fear not! I'm quite certain New Hues will win you over.

(I call it New Hues since we don't really know what to call it; v3.0 would be the real choice, but people took v4.20 as the next serious installment, so it might even be v5.0)
